Back to services

This pathway is indicated when pain, stiffness or joint limitations interfere with work, sport or daily life. The goal is to promote a progressive recovery of movement, strength and control, improving load tolerance and reducing the risk of relapses linked to overloads or compensations.

When it can be useful

• Pain and stiffness that make daily gestures tiring (getting up, bending, walking, sitting for long).

• Reduced mobility or a feeling of “block” in some joints or movements.

• Difficulty in managing training, physical work or repetitive loads.

• Functional recovery after an injury or after a period of stop, in accordance with any clinical indications.

How I work

Assessment and goals: we define what you want to get back to and which movements have priority.

Treatment: when indicated, manual techniques and strategies to support comfort and mobility along the pathway.

Therapeutic exercise: progressive and personalized, to consolidate function and build autonomy.

Education: load management, recovery pace, practical strategies and prevention of overloads.

What to expect

A practical and sustainable plan. The duration of the pathway depends on the stage of the problem, goals and individual response to load and exercises.

Safety

If signs emerge that require medical investigation, I will guide you with prudent and appropriate indications.
