Physiotherapist

I'm a physiotherapist who graduated with honors from La Sapienza University of Rome, with an Erasmus+ experience at the University of Valencia. I work in Acquaviva Platani (CL) and nearby towns, helping people regain movement and autonomy.

For me, physiotherapy is not "just massages": it's assessment, clinical reasoning and targeted exercise to understand what fuels the pain and build a tailored path. I work with an EBM (Evidence-Based Medicine) approach, defining clear, realistic and measurable goals.

I consider the person as a whole: physical, psychological and social aspects (work, routine, activities, sleep, stress, motivation) that influence outcomes. The goal is solid and lasting recovery, with practical guidance and a sustainable plan for everyday life.
