Frequently Asked Questions

What is your treatment approach?

I work with Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM): every decision is grounded in accurate clinical assessment, scientific reasoning and current evidence. I don't improvise; I reason through your specific case and build a personalized pathway with clear, measurable goals.

How does the initial assessment work?

The first session lasts about 60 minutes. I listen to your clinical history, analyze your movement, run specific tests, and understand what feeds the pain. At the end, I explain clearly what emerges and the pathway I propose. If you have any tests (X-rays, MRIs), bring them-they help me frame the picture better.

How long before I see improvements?

It depends on the stage of the problem and how your body responds. Usually you notice initial relief within 2-3 sessions, but real change happens when we build autonomy through exercise. A complete pathway typically takes 4-8 sessions, with gradual progressions toward independence.

Is exercise mandatory?

Yes, exercise is the heart of recovery. Manual treatment is a support, but the real work happens when you learn to move better and consolidate recovery on your own. I give you simple, progressive exercises suited to your daily life—no gym required.

How long are follow-up sessions?

Typically 45-50 minutes. The time is structured: I start by assessing progress, then treatment and always exercise. Each session builds on the previous one toward your goals.

Which languages do you speak?

I speak Italian, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact me in any of these languages.
